The “Elbow Grease” of the job:

• Frequently be walking, bending, stooping, crouching and swimming
• Required to work entire swim lesson sessions
• Cleaning and maintenance duties

The Environment and Company Culture:

• Work outside weather conditions and exposure to heat and sun
• Noise levels at times can be loud
• Possible exposure to stress caused by conflicts with the public
